Application engineering
Oil viscosity, small bottle stability and multi-part closures can influence each stage from filling through final label application.
Record viscosity at the intended operating temperature, fill quantity range and any need to minimise drips or retained product during changeover.
A bottle, pipette, wiper, dropper assembly, screw cap or tamper component may each need a defined presentation and placement method.
Small labels, clear containers and orientation-sensitive packs should be trialled with the intended label material and decorated bottle.

Provide the normal pack, the smallest and largest bottles and complete dropper or cap assemblies in production condition. Explain how oil grades, labels and closure components change between batches so routine adjustment and cleaning can be planned.

Application evidence
Oils, droppers, pipettes and small retail containers can create different filling and capping requirements even within one product family.
Describe viscosity and temperature at filling, any tendency to drip or string and the acceptable finished fill condition. Provide assembled good packs as well as loose bottles, closures, pipettes or inserts so placement and orientation can be reviewed.
Where several container or dropper formats are planned, define them in one controlled schedule and use representative samples to confirm change parts and settings.
Dropper and pipette closures should be trialled because long or flexible components can affect feeding, placement, container entry and the orientation of the finished closure. Use normal production components and include any variants in bulb, tube length, material or assembled condition.
Post-fill dripping can be influenced by product viscosity, nozzle geometry, cutoff behaviour, fill height, temperature and the movement between filling and capping. Observe when the drip forms and where it lands before choosing nozzle control or timing changes.
