Why does product temperature matter when selecting a filler?

Product temperature can change viscosity, foaming, flow, container condition and the behaviour of seals or hoses, so the filler should be reviewed at the real operating range. State the temperature at supply, filling and any cleaning stage rather than sending a cold sample when production runs warm.

How do particles affect liquid filling machinery?

Particles can affect valves, pumps, nozzles, product supply and fill consistency depending on their size, shape, concentration and tendency to settle. Provide representative product and define acceptable handling; a filtered trial sample may hide the real application challenge.
