Application engineering
Shampoos, oils, supplements and care liquids can span different viscosities and containers, so the project should define compatible product and pack families.
List thin liquids, oils, gels or suspensions separately and record temperature, foaming, particles and cleaning expectations for each.
Screw caps, pumps, triggers, droppers and dispensing closures should be assessed with the actual bottle and required finished condition.

Application evidence
Pet-care liquids, grooming products and other formulations can differ in viscosity, foam, particles, container shape and dispensing method.
Provide the real product condition and define whether the fill, closure, label or code has a specific finished-pack criterion. Avoid using one representative product for a range unless its behaviour genuinely covers the extremes.
Where several products share the line, identify the cleaning, line-clearance and format controls needed between runs. The format guide helps connect physical components with recipes and first-off approval.
A pet shampoo and a thinner liquid may share a filler when the dosing method, product supply, nozzles, seals, cleaning and recipe range are suitable for both extremes. Trial both products at operating condition and define the accepted result; a middle-viscosity sample cannot prove the full range.
Select pet-care trial products that represent the hardest filling, cleaning and pack-handling conditions, not only the highest-volume item. Include the most viscous, most foaming, particle-containing or otherwise challenging formulation where relevant, together with every required container and closure extreme.
